Isekai Yakkyoku (Another World Pharmacy) was announced 10 months ago and has been getting updates ever since.

Confirming premiere in July 2022, the anime today won a new image highlighting the protagonist Pharma (in the background) alongside the characters Ellen and Lotte.

The series is produced by studio Diomedea (the same studio of "Seijo no Maryoku wa Bannou Desu") based on the light novel by author Liz Takayama that surpassed 2.3 million copies sold. A trailer was previously released (check it out below).

Isekai Yakkyoku follows a pharmaceutical researcher who is reborn in a medieval fantasy world where medicinal practices are prehistoric and misguided.

Now 10 years old, the young Pharma de Medici is recognized by the emperor and opens his own pharmacy in a corner of the city. Having modern knowledge of the previous life in addition to the ability to see through disease, create and destroy materials, he plans to stamp out fraud and provide effective medicines for the common people.

In the technical team, the general direction will be by Keizo Kusakawa (directed "Fuuka") with script by Wataru Watari (author of "Oregairu") and character design by Mayuko Matsumoto (same role in "Handa-kun").

The Pharma dub will be voiced by Aki Toyosaki (the Aoi from "Yuru Camp"), Ellen will be played by Reina Ueda (the Gray from "Lord El-Melloi II") and Lottle will be voiced by Kaede Hondo (the Eiko from "Paripi Koumei ").
