AnimeJapan 2022 event (which is why there's so much anime news these days, and why there hasn't been as much since earlier this month), but apparently one franchise is missing: Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation (Mushoku Tensei: Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu). While the franchise didn't have an information panel as such at the event, it did have a small exhibit showing full-scale recreations of Roxy Migurdia's outfits.

Synopsis for Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation

Despite being bullied, scorned, and oppressed all his life, a thirty-four-year-old hikikomori still found the determination to attempt something heroic, only for it to end in a tragic accident. But in a twist of fate, he wakes up in another world as Rudeus Greyrat, starting a new life as a baby born to two loving parents.

Retaining his memories and knowledge from his previous life, Rudeus quickly adapts to his new surroundings. With the mind of an older adult, he begins to display a magical talent that exceeds all expectations, honing his skill with the help of a magician named Roxy Migurdia. Rudeus learns swordsmanship from his father, Paul, and meets Sylphiette, a girl his age who quickly becomes his best friend. As Rudeus's second chance at life begins, he tries to make the most of his new chance while coming to terms with his traumatic past. And maybe, one day, he can find the one thing he couldn't find in his old world: love.

Thus, in this exhibition space that corresponds to Hakuhodo DY Music & Picture in collaboration with TOHO Animation, you can find a life-size recreation of Roxy Migurdia's magician outfit, her magic staff and... her panties! The same panties that the protagonist Rudeus Greyrat stole from her in the first episodes of the series and that would later become her "personal treasure", were recreated with everything and the chest in which she keeps them.

Rifujin na Magonote began publishing the light novels with illustrations by Sirotaka in January 2014 through Kadokawa's MF Books imprint. The publisher launched the twenty-sixth volume in September 2021. The manga adaptation by Yuka Fujikawa has been published since May 2014. The work inspired an anime adaptation of twenty-three episodes produced by Studio Bind, under the direction and scripts written by Manabu Okamoto. A second season is in production.
